Great Co-workers

Very busy and fast-paced emergency room. Total care of ambulatory and critical care patients. Great Co-workers who work together well. Most enjoyable part of the job is excellent patient outcomes.

Great Co-workers

The people in my department were Great. Cannot say so much for management on the last few years of my employment. I learned much more about computers and working with Doctor's etc.

Management

This was the perfect environment for me to learn the ins and outs of hospital operations and materials management. The management team was very accessible and eager to teach a young graduate.

great health network but not the experience I'm seeking

I love working for Main Line Health; however, Riddle Hospital is just in the beginning stages of membership and is the smallest hospital. I have learned a lot from the experience on the job here that I could use for when I move forward in my career as I seek changes away from the hospital setting. The hardest part of my job is the high demand from other coworkers/healthcare staff/family members. The most enjoyable part is working with my wonderful coworkers-they are a great team.
