Work Summary:

Typical workday (night shift): typical night shift as an charge RN - manage staff, coordinator of patient care, staff nurse.What I learned: Life is not easy (employees and patients)Management: doing their best to meet the patients needs as well as the employees needs.Co-workers: mostly hard workersHardest part of the job: discussing end of life issues with families. Friendly and fast paced

Everyone is friendly and some days are fast paced. I work in outpatient and GI lab. Taking care of my patients is what I like best .
