slowly but surely coming back to a good place

I was there long enough to see the company at its peak then hit rock bottom. Over the past 3 years it has been a struggle, but the last month I was employed there it beat it's own personal financial record since the hospital was established. I'm glad I can say I was a part in the hospital getting back on its feet and to a place its never been before.

No job security. The company that owns the hospital and clinics are from Austin, TX.

My typical day of work starts around 8 am when I start receiving phone calls from the hospital, clinic and at times Home Health calls to receive orders. My clinic patients start at 9 am and I try to be done by 12 noon to go make rounds on my patients that had been admitted to the hospital. It usually takes up my whole lunch hour. My clinic starts back at 1 am. It is usually around 6 pm by the time I leave the clinic. There are several days that I go straight to the ER and work the 6 pm to 6 am shift and afterwards my day starts again. I also do 60 hour weekends at least twice a month. I was able to work long hours because I love my patients and I was very loyal to the hospital and clinic.
