Toxic environment

Total lack of communication from management. Focus is on profit, not employees. No work/life balance at all. No training program.

Staff is great but lots of turnover, especially in upper management. No orientation program and communication is hit or miss at best.

Laziest LNAs with the poorest attitude on the planet and management foster their laziness. Nurses are helpful but be prepared for attitude when asking for help from the LNAs

Lousy communication and lack of knowledge

The orthopedic department is by far the worst I've ever dealt with they never call you back and 5x they've sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy I will never step foot in this place again
