Always understaffed.

I watched working conditions and morale decline over the last five years. The majority of the workers are exceptional in their dedication to patient care and service, but their contributions often go unrecognized and unrewarded. Salaries are low, benefits are par, and insurance plans are expensive, even with high deductibles. Annual bonuses have deteriorated in amounts and quality. Some members of management and administration appear to be under great strain and accountability, which is often reflected in their disposition and treatment of the staff. Even with the added burdens, demands and unrealistic expectations, the staff manages to provide wonderful care and service. The medical staff is knowledgeable, highly skilled, compassionate, and approachable. This hospital was once a very nice place to work, it has the fundamental components available to be that place again.

great stepping stool

i was able to learn many different functions in the medical field. At the time, management was going through some tough changes and effected many of us.Employees were friendly and helpful. nurses and doctors the same.I left due to a problem with my pregnancy and was on disability for my pregnancy. Was monitored 24/7 due to pre-term labor and Thyroid Cancer at the time.
