A warm and happy place where you will learn everything

TCH has made me learn different things in practicing nursing.A very diverse environment, you are able to learn from different people.Co-workers are very nice and understanding wherein they promote love,understanding and empathy towards their patients.It might be a small community hospital but workers treat each other here as family, not just anyone else. You will see them work hard and help each other. Very family oriented wherein patients can feel the love and warmth during their stay.A clean and safe place to work with, it is a stepping stone of learning because you will be able to tell the different ways of the old school practices and new technologized generation.You are able to smile and have fun in your work and people are very passionate with their job. The most enjoyable part of the job is even though it gets busy at times, you will always see the nurses smile and think positive always.

Awesome company to gain experience to jump start a career in the health care industry.

Fast past environment, I gained so much knowledge and have learned a lot from awesome personnel, management, and our patients. The hardest part of the job was that I was a per diem employee and had to take an early maternity leave due to being pregnant. It was hard to say good bye. The most enjoyable part working at Temple, I enjoyed my co-workers, patients, and the management team. We all helped each other when ever needed!
