Best Company I have worked for as far as how to run a pharmacy, and education.

This was my first pharmacy job. I started working with them at 18. Great staff, very educated, and they provided the highest level of patient care possible.

Spiritually centered

Great place to start off as a new nurse. There are many units to your specialty liking. They offer bi-annual residency programs in pediatrics and tuition reimbursement. Loma Linda offers up to ten units of education for free when one is a full time employee. It has been a place where I have created lasting friendships.

Very welcoming to travel rns (at least in the ED). A level 1 facility so your see it all. They are incredible at their traumas (level As). Core staff training appears to be a little short on time. Float nurses are new grads.

They treat travelers badly. Other nurses in 2016 traveling there left the hospital because of poor receptivity from staff.
