Great Company

Very structured and professional Administrative team. The atmosphere was professional and inviting. The Director/Team leads were an essential asset to creating and providing great Quality care.

Very productive

SCMC was a great hospital. I worked in Radiology as a clerk. Lots of paperwork and phone calls. The staff and management were a great bunch. the hardest part of the job was going to get the files on patients because it was in a seperate building, but that has probably changed by now. Most enjoyable was whent eh radiologist would show me the xrays and explain to me what I was looking at, and what was normal vs abnormal.

Close-knit staff who worked well together under difficult circumstances.

The job was physically demanding, but we were, for the most part, a regular core staff who worked well with one another. I was responsible for passing meds, doing treatments, maintaining ventilators, providing comfort for the patients AND their families and overseeing the care provided by very hardworking CNA staff. And being in constant communication with the staff charge nurse. Also was always in immediate attendance for any emergency events, again, working side by side with charge nurse, Respiratory Tech, Physical Therapist, doctors, etc.
