Overall great place to work, but recent new computer system costs lead to reduction in work hours for many employees.

Smaller company, so little feeling of being buried in a huge corporation; friendly environment, personalized attention; pay rate for nurses is higher than average; I had a positive outcome with a L.O.A. experience. Benefits not as good as some other companies; majority of staff is highly conservative; recent overexpenditure on new computer system lead upper management to advise reduction in working hours for staff & the elimination of some staff monetary incentives.
