an exceptional place to work, the staff care about each other, support each other during happy, joyful times as well as, grieving times

visibility by upper administration, very approachable by all staff members, treated with respect, very attentive to optimal patient care, the only reason i am leaving this hospital is, i am re-locating to the gulf area soon, it is time to leave this cold ice and snow!!!. my typical day is , out on units, knowing each patient, co-workers are great, i believe in peer pressure, most of the time, the staff will end a potential problem between each other, if allowed to do so, hardest part of my job is staffing, call-ins, last minute MD appointments, basically making sure the adult/geriatric units are covered. the best part of my job is participating with a staff that cares about their patients and watching the patients improve and get their feedback.

Summer Intern

I interned with the hospitals Development and MArketing department. I had a wonderful experience. I was able to network with individuals in the area to help promote the hospital and assist in getting donations and volunteers.

Excellent work environment

This was a 13-week travel assignment that will set the curve for future assignments. My co-workers (and the entire townsfolk) were the nicest people I have ever met. The doctors and nurses were professional, very approachable and helpful. I learned a lot in this assignment, the experience was invaluable.
