A dictatorship run by the Chief Quality Officer

I was a third shift ER nurse at Jersey Shore for over four years. It was actually a decent place to work before an inexperienced nurse with a masters degree who has minimal experience on the floor took over as Chief Quality Officer. This individual implemented an inefficient system that resulted in delayed and deficient patient care. Several of the doctors where awful, rude and incompetent! One doctor even stole my stethoscope and was caught with many in the back of his car before he was fired. After I was left go and got my unemployment The Chief Quality Officer with HR appealed it won resulting in discontinuing my benefits I needed until finding new employment. This left me virtually destitute! The only people who have it good there are management otherwise your simply at their peril.

Good place to work

Was a great place to work as long as you like to stay busy. Only left to further my education.
