January 01, 2022 Business ownerHorrible experience at this hospital last night. I was told to leave my husbands bedside last night by Andrew Henderson as visiting hours were over. We pleaded with Andrew to have the opportunity to stay by my husbands bedside throughout the night. He would not allow it, we were both in tears as we explained how my husband had a stroke and he was very afraid. I have never been treated so harshly by a person before. I hope that nobody has to go though this again at this facility. They pride themselves on patient care and compassion. We experienced nothing of this sort. We also asked Michael McNutt to assistance with this matter. He stated very strongly that Andrew makes the rules and that I am to leave now. This experience has caused us a great deal of stress, as we were already so worried about what we had just happen to my husband. I would encourage any person seeking medical care to find a better facility for your loved ones. |
