Loved client support working as a supervisor at with director authotity

Work day starts @ 8 am review work of techs night before call house keeping to clean rooms check and sterilize equipment for patient testing according protocol of sleep. Call on clients the provider side as for b2b marketing and sales of service. Call on provider patients check on customer satisfaction if any problems resolve before patient return to provider. Followup with provider for their satisfaction. The hardest part dealing with other management with meetings that was time killers other then dealing with productive things to increase productive and monies saving with time and increase in revenue for hospital. My enjoyment able to get recognition for work preformed with rewards and bonuses.

Hospital closed

The owner did not know how to run a hospital and we and the patients were placed in dangerous positions. The hospital closed and filed bankruptcy without paying thew employees.

The company no longer Exists

While SBMC was open, the hospital provided excellent patient care for the community.
