No a good hospital

I came with my husband to this hospital thinking that the waiting time will be less, how wrong I was. The waiting room was fill with sick people and every 2 hours they call one person and in some rare times 2 were call. Then after 4.30 hours of waiting was hour time to be torture in the little room. We are here for almost 1 hour and 15 minutes. We can't hear one soul in the hallways. Look like if they have one MD in the hall facility. The bed have durty every where and the bed have vomit in the side. This really was a terrible experience, no wonder people want to go to Baystate Medica Center even if they have to way hours but believe me, no much different in the waiting time.
