Excellent place for job/work and compensation

Most enjoyable part of job was patient interaction and caring for the patient's.I learned all my med/surg/pediatric skills at this facilityNurse to patient ratio could be anywhere from 4 to 8 patients a shift.Most management were very fair and confidential.

Fun place to work enjoyed working with my coworkers

I loved Night Shift we worked hard but never went without someone baking or bringing in a midnight snack. You never went hungry or missed your dinner break! The computer system was easy to navigate and user friendly. Staff was very helpful and the charge Nurses were very on top of it!!!

Small town hospital with large focus on the quality of patient care

GH is a great hospital to work at. My co-workers are very friendly and eager to share their knowledge with anyone who will listen. I have learned a great deal from them. The small town atmosphere is also nice and though it can get busy at times you usually have a great opportunity to really make a difference in the patient's stay there.

A good place to work

I like working for wellspan, it is a good company. The only reason I am looking for a different position is that I want to get off of nights.

Small hospital. Great place to work. Pay average.

Great place to work. Benefits were excellent. Pay is average. Not much room to advance.
