Chaotic work environment

At the time, it was very unorganized during overwhelmingly busy times. For the department being one of the busiest ED's in the state it did not have the organization to compensate as needed.

Productive and fast pace environment.

The co-workers were great with helping me to learn the system and how things were ran. The hardest part of the job was the shift; the most enjoyable part was the staff and the patients, I greatly enjoyed working with paitients while I was employeed.
