Variety of work

I worked in the float pool so every day I was sent to another area to work in and so I got to work with so many people on a daily basis. I loved that I was able to take care of so many people and learn something new every day. I was also able to learn another role I had no prior experience in and that was exciting. The manager I worked for was very flexible and easy to work with, I was able to approach him with anything. I had so many co-workers at this hospital it was great to get to know so many people. The hardest thing about this position is it was not full time and it was a day and night position and having a family this was very hard to balance with child care so I needed to find something that worked with my husbands schedule. I loved that I worked with people and I am a very outgoing person and that I love helping people, so this was a perfect job for me.

I enjoyed working at Unity Hospital.

Unity is a union hospital for the nursing staff. But the other staff is not union. So there is some division there. Otherwise it is a good place to work. Newly remodeled it looks fresh and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful everyone wants to work together for the patient. The Patient always comes first.
