Very upset with the way our family has been treated by Dr. Patel and I have filed a grievances. 651.900.9700. Our family has been through enough with our parents being in a 47 car pile up. Our Mom died in the crash and our father was in icu for 42 days and in the hospital at Centerpoint trauma hospital in Independence MO for 4 months. We know what exceptional care is and good communication is. We fought for my fathers life. This experience has been terrible and we have been treated terrible by an arrogant dr who made a misdiagnosis and got told by another dr. He was not correct and then took it out on our family. I will give this hospital a chance to Make it right or I will blast to the 12 million people that saw the video of my parents accident, the thousand of new stories and have followed our story and are our prayer warriors. These prayer warriors have kept my dad and now my brother alive I will say outstanding nurses Bailey and Daniel have been amazing and given my brother outstanding care and if you have daisy awards we would sure like to award them. Please make this right.
