Quality Internship with great people

Worked independently on internship project. The people were very helpful and the office atmosphere was pleasant and professional.

Great place to work, all teams work well togather, we care about our patients satisfaction.

I worked in the spinal cord rehab center. Our team of doctors, nurses, physical, occupational, recreational and speech therapist all place the patient at their forefront of their specialist. A typical day at work entailes teaching patients,the adaptation to their activaties of daily living, accessing and monitoring their needs for emotional, medical or spiritual support and implementing a plan of care was all part of the patients recovery process. I have learned becoming a part of a team that works well together, for the same outcome is invaluable. The hardest part of my job, was the long term care and becoming too attached to my patients. The most enjoyable part of my job, was making a positive change in a person's life, monitoring their recovery process and feeling privileged each day to take care of someone in need.
