Poor management

Lack of management, and team work. Lots of backbiting, clique's unchallenged. No support from upper management.

Fun, challenging, fast paced, compassionate.

Working nights I am responsible for up to 6 patients while overseeing the unit as a charge nurse. Medication administration, admissions, discharges, interventions, documentation, staffing are some of the duties I have. I love my co-workers just as much as my family. We have a tight net of teamwork. The hardest part of my job is seeing my beloved patients that I have become close to, sick and unhealthy. It breaks my heart to see them ill. The most enjoyable part is working with great people and caring for my beloved patients.
