Externship

I was able to perform venipuncture's on a variety of different patients while working in different departments. I was able to show empathy and compassion to patients who were in need of care.

Great people, never boring, And always learning.

this place was fantastic. The staff is very passionate about what they do and they make the patient feel so comfortable with their hospitality and professionalism. The surgeons are also very enthusiastic when it comes to teaching and just the job itself I find so fascinating. The place is kept very clean and organized and the pre day work meetings are also very informative. I have had many family members use this as their family hospital and we will continue to do so.

New union hospital, many changes in progress.

Daily basis work included care of two ICU patients. Ventilated patients needed assessment of ability to wean off the ventilator, ensure patients were suctioned and encouraged to participate to extubate patient in a timely manner. Cared for septic , CRRT, balloon pump, open heart patients. Cared for patients with pressure ulcers, chest tubes, drains, and multiple drips. I learned about all the above at this employer. My co-workers for the most part were very helpful and caring towards everyone. We worked as a team and management was helpful with flow of unit.

Productive, employee friendly

I have had a great experience working at Little Company of Mary Hospital. Everyone treats eachother like family. Everyone works together for the good of the patients. Customer satisfaction is the overall goal.
