Very poor management.

Great learning experience.

I have worked at ELCH for 24 years and have gained a lot of knowledge. Have thoroughly enjoyed being employed here.I have worked my way from the bottom into a manager role.The hardest part of my job is staying focused with all the phones ringing and deadlines looming. The most enjoyable part of my job isfinding solutions to problems and helping patients.

Comfortable work environment with friendly employees

My co-workers and managers were very polite and approachable. This job aloud me learn and improve on required skills necessary for what was needed during my shift. Very breathable and easy going environment, so not really micro-managed, but they definitely guided you into what was needed to get done.

Good place

32 years, good co-workers and environment....very busy....love accounting
