Good team work!

A typical day at work. Would be getting residents ready for dinner, taking shower, getting ready for bed. Then waking them up in the morning for the next shift. I would work 12hr shifts sometimes 16 if they needed me.I learned a lot there. I learned a lot about the residents and their own routine and the way they live their lives.My coworkers was good. They helped and there was good communication, team work, and hard workers.The hardest part of the job I would have to say was the drive at first I lived 45 min away but I got use to it so I got easy. The job I loved because I love helping people in general.The most enjoyable part of the job is you always learn something new. theres not a day that is the same.
