good job

A typical day at work was when you did not have enough help on the floor. I learned that some people won't allow you to work with them. Managment was not good. We did not have a nurse manager on the floor. Co-workers were ok. The hardest part of the job was workload, and we worked short most of the time. Most enjoyable time was spent caring for the residents.

RN

I was fired without being allowed to tell my side of the story by the administrator. The nurse in ICU was vindictive and, mean to the patients and staff. She pushed all my buttons and I asked her why she was being a bitch to me and she complained that I CALLED her a bitch. SHE was one of the meanest nurses I HAVE ever worked with. I had to have brain surgery and she said there is something always wrong with you on and on she ranted but I was fired not her. It's too late now but I regret not getting a lawyer . I enjoyed working there but there were some awful nurses there. HOPEFULLY it has changed.
