Looking for a new opportunity

I take care of surgical patients (intraoperative nursing) in General, ENT, orthopedics, eye, gynecological, vascular, neuro and plastics. In resent year we did not have permanent manager so is hard to have an opinion about this. Most of my co-workers are nice, hard working, skilled people. The hardest part of my job is to work in short staff conditions doing lots of operations without break or lunch. We have an old, outdated surgical suites with older equipment which many times creates problems performing our duties. The most enjoyable part is the great satisfaction of saving lives in critical situations, working together as a team in emergency situation.

fine place to work

I have worked there for over 12 years. The ICU manager is a dedicated, and nice manager. I have a really good friendship with my co-workers. We usually help each other and work as a team. But Lately, the work load is increased because of budget problems. Hope it will be better after economic issues resolved.

The variety of work was excellent.

I just liked having different hospitals & situations to work in everyday.

Fun workplace

Friendly management and co-workers. The most enjoyable part of the job was helping people in need.
