fun place to work

enjoyed most of my co-workers, learned everything I know about emergency medicine from skilled nurses and physicians, enjoyed the uncertainty and excitement of the ER

great people but small town

Great people to work with. However, everyone is related to someone there. The DON brings her relatives in to work where there are jobs no one posts and without proper training. everyone is related to someone there and it is hard to get a job there if you don't know someone there or you do and someone else doesn't like you. For a small community hospital they provide excellent healthcare.
