Great co-workers

Wide range of patient's, good nurse to patient ratios 5:1 on days and 6:1 on nights with the ability to flex up by 2 for each shift though it rarely occurs. The patients can be a bit overwhelming but the staff is so amazing that it always works out in the end. It is a real team.

Very busy hospital, can make for a quick shift. Good teamwork most of the time. Difficult when too many patients come in at once
