Case Management is the most rewarding job

I enjoy my job but due to Rural Hospitals, we have had a lot of job cuts which reflects on patient care and patient satisfaction. The hardest part of my job is being able to spend more time with the patient due to tons of paperwork/computer entry.

Productive place to work, fast paced.

I can't think of any places that doesn't have to move fast these days ot that you dont have to multitask. So all in all good for the brain to keep it focused. co-workers not bad but not the best. Hardest part of my job was not having benefits. the most enjoyable was the feeling of being needed.

Office setting is a great work environment, with competent staff

A typical day one year ago was very busy, with 12 - 16 patients per day, however this number has declined. I have worked with a very intelligent collaborating physician who has taught me much in my work experience. Office management is handled by the hospital, which is off-site. This office is responsive to our needs and requests. My co-workers are all highly trained, competent professionals. the hardest part of my job now is maintaining patient flow. Our census has decreased and this has placed a strain on my remaining employed in this setting. the most enjoyable part of my job is education of the patients and seeing them improve in their health status.
