Going in the learning I focused on

I enjoyed working with the residents, there were issues with some workers doing what they wanted and the rest of us seeing and saying things to management and nothing being done, which made the morale low.

Advantages of hospital employment

Due to the many roles it was necessary to be very time-management oriented. In a hospital I was able to learn about the medical side of caring for patients, including understanding lab meanings, radiology results, and other aspects through various professionals. Management was very customer centered, including their employees. Co-workers were professionals in the medical field, including physicians. The hardest part of the job initially was the many different duties of the position, however, I was able to advocate for the addition of social services staff members. The most enjoyable part of the job was the learning experience and having specific employee policies. Another enjoyable part of the job was that the majority of customers got to return to the community. Employees were rewarded for a job well done with the addition of merit raises beyond the general annual raises. My superiors were of top quality and allowed room for individualization of employees.

I love helping out in any way that I can

I take inventory of the stock areas and restock with the supplies they need for the patients. I love making the forms for the hospital. My department works together as a team.
