Great company to work for!

I loved my job. I am grateful for the experience I recieved. The only reason I left was because of an injury that is preventing me from physically returning to the job I had.

Ever-changing, Bad Management, No chance of upward movement

Go in, Get your job done, Go home.I learned over eight different positions in one department and enjoyed every one.Management is there to keep their jobs and will change the rules to help keep the status Quo. Any problems or question will be sent to HR and they most likely will not have any answers for you.Hardest part of the job is dealing with co-workers and keeping a fake smile on your face.The most enjoyable part of the job is the patients,people you meet, and information you soak up in a healthcare setting.Co-workers CAN be the most enjoyable part.

Very Stressful Hospital Job with Great Coworkers

I worked at HFWH for about 3 years and for the most point it had it's occasional bad day, but for the most part it was enjoyable. However in the last 6 months of employment there the workload doubled, and the staffing was insufficient. This put more stress on the workers and effected patient care.Though it was stressful, the people I worked with made it worthwhile. They were always there to help when they could and there to lift your spirits and the manager was very willing to help.
