Woodland is not a good investment of time for the nurse manager who desires to provide cost-effective quality care.

Skills of administration are embarrassingly poor.Facility is in trouble financially.The culture has potential but for the last 6 years hasbeen uber dysfunctional.Best bet:avoid it

would not refer any one to work there(I worked there many years,and it got worse as time went by)

good co-workers, poor management, short staffed, few breaks offered
