Worked as Case Manager

Loved working there and learning so much.

Potomac was an advancement in hospital care and I loved working there. We had pods and a pharmacist on the floor at all times. Meds were in a locker right outside their rooms. The management was wonderful and supportive. We were able to give excellent patient care. If I stilled lived in Virginia I would definitely be there working.

PAtient Financial Services Clerk

A typical day at work was me greeting patients, answering phones, scanning medical EOB's (explanation of benefits). Returning patients calls and assisting them with discounts or taking medical insurance information that wasn't taken apon arrival.

This job worked so well with my home life and making sure my children always had a parent at home. Very accomodating schedules.
