Daily cooperative team management. Enlisted Nursing Process in daily workload of high risk OB/GYN clients

Case management of high risk OB/GYN clients, screening of abnormal lab results for 20 physicians, including ultrasound referrals for genetic abnormalities. 100+ Triage follow up calls daily for illness and pain management . Pregnancy intake interviews of high risk populations. Surgical assist for (LEEP) Loop Electrosurgical Excision Procedures.Team care eased the stress of the high volume of patients. Co-workers were also highly skilled at decision making in a busy environment. Management acknowledged individuals on a regular basis that excelled in patient care. The hardest part of the job was the high volume of patient need AND also dealing with the portion of the patient population that abused drugs. The most enjoyable part of the job was seeing a baby born after 9 months of patient care!
