Fun place to work that is rewarding

A typical day at work would include talking to patients and assessing their individual needs. I learned how to talk to patients, the process of discharge planning, listening skills, and documenting clearly. The management at United Regional was excellent. There was two ladies that lead the group of Social Workers and they were helpful but demanded a certain level of competence. My co-workers were fabulous! They are very passionate and are very good at what they do. The hardest part of the job is having patients pass on but, that is just apart of life. The most enjoyable part of that job is helping those that need it the most and discharging the patient to their home. Also the look on the patients face when he/she is leaving.

Awesome Facility!

It was a privilege to get to work with this company. Co-workers worked together as a team. Management was great and fair across the board.

great atmosphere

its a good place to work with 12 hour shifts and every other weekend off . friendly staff and management. float occasionally within the same departments.
