Poor management

Dr and co workers that I work with are wonderful. Management team is terrible, harass workers and criticize instead of compliments. Cut hours constantly. All about money, not patient care. Management tends to create an unpleasant work environment. They don't want you to be friend with coworkers.

receptionist job

I enjoy working with others but I have no problem working on my own. I never had issues with any of my co-workers. I am a hard worker who always enjoys being busy. I'm willing to help anyone in need of help.

It's all about earning the almighty dollar.

The nurse to patient ratio is too much. Left work feeling like I was just keeping my head above water. No one to help because we were all in the same boat. I left work feeling like I neglected some of my patients. Physicians are allowed to talk to nurses however they want with no recourse. The facility is nice, new & shiny but if it's not about patient care and nurses not being so stressed, overworked and burnt out does it matter how pretty it is?
