Good place to work, friendly coworkers

Overall a good work enviroment although limited OT staffing therefore makes for difficulty with weekend/holiday coverage. Would have liked OT mgmt, PT staff handles mgmt of both PT/OT dept which leaves OT needs neglected at times but really enjoyed the facility and its staff!

no teamwork, no appreciation for hardworker

I worked on pedatric floor vital signs, complete history and physical of patients assist other nurses start iv and treatment. Input orders into the computer system. The most enjoyable part of the job was one on one contact with patients. The hardest part of job was seeing children whom had been abused.

I would advise any individual looking for employment to work at TRMC.

Working as a nurse in the hospital has given me the opportunity to learn and teach.

a great learning experiance.Great people to work for and with.

I did enjoy working in this atmosphere of healthcare.It was a change of pace for me and I really enjoyed the people that I worked with.The job was fullfilling for me.
