I enjoy working with the residents and taking care of there needs and wants and working as a team with my co workers. Visiting with the residents is the most enjoyable time.

I like my job

My job as a maintenance tech. requires patient effort and experience. In everyday work I usually do lots of fixing things like a typical handyman. Also this jobs include lots of cleaning. My co workers were very helpful and respectful. We tried to help each other do our work each day as efficiently as possible with team effort The management was always been supportive and takes care of the their employee. The hardest part of the job was when a problem came up and I'm about to clock out yet I have to take care of the problem and make incident report.I enjoy every work I have done because I love my job.
