See a little of everything.

Pros: Great employees that go the extra mile to make it a good hospital.CleanGreat hospitalists - trustworthy and competentMost of the employees are friendly and easy to get along with.Cons:Poor training for new employees. Some supervisors and managers are snippy, won't help, condescending, incompetent, and will blame employees for their mistakes to make themselves look better. However, there are a few supervisors that are awesome and make the job well worth while.Equipment and computers need upgradingUnionFor a small hospital, it has a large variety of patients with many different problems. Cardiac, surgeries, psych, hospice, rehabilitation.

It was a fun place to work but not productive

I had a lot of good experiences here and a lot of fun, though the junior staff hesitated to take on responsibilities and pushed it onto the nurses. Call bells were answered but sometimes delayed and patient care was affected.Overall a great learning experience with a wide variety of patients and their illnesses.

unorganized

they always seemed unorganized. Upon completion of Externship they couldn't decide to hire me on. They went back and forth for weeks and threw away my credentials
