Good

It's a nice place to work I love it here it's just not working with my life right now. We need more help it's team work but not enough staff to help.

Average Job

Management is lax. Hiring just anyone to fill the position. Much angst and bad attitude among department employees. The job doesn't pay enough for the amount of lifting required. Having a part in promoting wellness has a degree of satisfaction.

Fast paced acute care environment

Excellent place to learn and practice acute case management.

I enjoy working in the Rehab Department - our staff is friendly, efficient and our manager works with us to balance work and life outside of work.

I love my job, I enjoy caring for patients, getting to know them, watching their progress as they recondition to transfer home. The hardest part of my job is working 3rd shift. The most enjoyable part is getting to know my patients, anticipating their needs and seeing their gratefulness that someone really does care. A typical day - passing medication, wound care, IV therapies, skin care, pain management, communicating with the doctor. I've learned alot about wound care and treating pressure wounds, caring for stroke patients, and time management.

A place I enjoy working and great team players

I work in outpatient physical therapy. I enjoy the interaction with patients and seeing the results from the therapy we provide. It ables me to time manage between family and work.
