A small hospital but a good place to work

Worked as night shift charge nurse for the medical/surgical floor. Supervised LPN/CNA during 8 hour night shift, assigned patients between staff. Performed skilled nursing patient care such as monitoring chest tubes, dressing changes, starting and removing IVs and administering IV medications, inserting and removing foley catheters and NGTs, general health assessments, collaborating with the doctors to provide the best patient care

Love my job. Will be retiring from there.

I am on a WEB shift at the hospital so I work only Sat and Sunday. Working with seasoned, talented, and critical thinking RNs and Doctors is a rewarding job. The patients are unique and the befits are nice.
