Truly enjoyable atmosphere.

Everyone at this facility is incredibly supportive of each other and kind. The way the staff and even different departments pull together in order to help patients is remarkable. Management is extremely caring about the staff and helping even pertaining to personal situations. If the opportunity arose for employment here I strongly encourage accepting the opportunity.

Productive and exciting place to work

Overall I had a great experience working in a hospital setting, Management and co-workers were good to work with. The enjoyable part was hearing people say how great I was at drawing there blood and getting thanks all the time...

Very diversified place of employment. Great deal of focus on education adavancement

Doctors Hospital of Sarasota is a 155 bed acute care facility. The staff is generally very personable and warm. One learns to place the patient first, be people-oriented and unselfish. Management focuses on education advancement and has open doors to all staff members. Unfortunately, the most difficult part of the job is working under-staffed. This occurs infrequently, however, does affect staff morale. Nevertheless, seeing everyone help each other when this occurs is very rewarding. Doctors also works closely with LPN and RN schools for clinical experience.
