OK Work

I ran an Out Patient Substance abuse treatment program for folks who had just come out of SB Cottage Hospital In Pt program. I was the sole practitioner & it was not an easy job. I didn't have a lot of support from my direct supervisor or from the hospital at all. I enjoyed running the groups & taught myself a lot about SA.

Good collaborative team and supportive co-workers

I love working as a Registered Nurse and changing lives on the job daily. Every day is a new learning experience. My co-workers are amazing and we all help each other out tremendously. The hardest part of the job is when you have a tough day and the work environment. It can take a toll on you physically and emotionally; however, every day is rewarding and makes it all worth it to see the smiles on your patients' faces.

I worked for various areas in this hospital, I learned a great deal, they had many opportunities for educations and advancement, great co-workers and much more. I left this facility as I relocated and left the state.

Excellent place to work while in school

Transcribed orders and followed through within my scope of practice. I learned how to read Doctors orders. Management available at all times. From what I remember they were all kind and willing to helpAs assistance with staffing I learned how to staff a unit, and make calls when needing help.

High class/high standard hospital that provides excellent care.

Great hospital. New buildings. On their Magnet journey - with Shared Governance for better RN invovlment in administration. Consciencious abt pt care quality. High standards and quality healthcare delivery. Encourages career mobility. Overall great workplace!
