A positive and professional setting

On a day to day basis I provided care for individuals. I acquired skills on how to provide excellent and accurate care in a fast pace environment. Documented proper and accurate charting for each patient as well as prioritized patient care. The difficult part of the job is to walk away from a patient and theres not a smile on their face. Enjoyed being part of a wide variety of the professional healthcare team.

RN traveler

This facility is operating on bare bones. Every shift, patient safety issues were encountered. I felt on my own to correct them. Staff is very pleasant though and I enjoyed working with most. Staff is treated as an expense and the facility does not invest in creating an environment for quality care. People who have only worked here seem happy. *Ignorance is bliss.* I made good money here but couldn't wait to leave.
