Productive and fun workplace

Getting patients in is easy and productive, everything you need to do your job is there and no problems with staff or patients

Small hospital environment. Must be able to work independently.

I learned to work independently. A typical day was usually very busy. We were frequently understaffed. The hospital had a difficult time retaining management staff.

Every place has its good and bad. Overall, SMC is a good place to work.
