Very good benefits and pay but very big workload.

Riverside Community Hospital is the highest paying hospital in the Riverside area beside Kaiser. They do get their moneys worth from their employees though.

Great place to work!

I enjoyed it. I felt as though everyone was motivated and wanted to be there. There was a free meal for every shift, so that was nice. However, sometimes management did not coordinate meetings well.

Extremely busy Emergency Room

Work is extremely fast paced. On any given day, I treat hundreds of patients. I maintain patient records in a timely matter. I have learned different disease processes and treatments. The management team changes quite a bit. My co-workers were great to work with. The hardest part of my job was trying to manage 20 or so patients' treatment, and discharge on my own due to staffing shortages. The most enjoyable part of the job was working with most patients. I love to help people and it is nice to see the smiles I put on most faces.
