VCU is a teaching hospital that provides advancement opportunities, a chance to further one's education, and a learning environment second to none.

great place to be a nurse

enjoyed it so much; decided to become full time. Nures were great colloarbrators with physicians. typical work day; 12 hours. nurse to patient ratio consistantly mantained. hardest part of job; manager of unit was more focused on outpatient clinic than the inpatient unit.
