Stressful workplace

A typical day at work is very stressful. Although, I must say that I have learned some new skills in construction. Management does work with its employees and try to help out with any personal problems. The co-workers are good people, easy to work with and easy to get along with. The hardest part of the job is knowing I could be doing the same work for a larger amount of money. There really isn't too much to enjoy about this job besides the co-workers.
