Small community hospital

Warm staff, take care of each other. Close knit community. More than co-workers...more like family. Very strong nurses with great skills.Love working here!

Enjoyable place to work

I enjoyed my experence at Parker Adventist. It was usually a fast paced environment due to the varied type of surgical patients. It was never boring. The hardest part of my job was time management because I worked the twelve hour night shift and there was a limited amount of time to get your patients settled in for the night as well as admitting new patients and receiving fresh postop patients.My co-workers were very capable and helpful. We were really a good team. The management was forward thinking and innovative. They valued and implemented impute from the nursing staff.I believe that the most enjoyable part of my job was the cooperation and positive feedback that was exhibited by fellow staff and management.
