Great quality hospital, good employee relations, caring supervisors and managers, cheerful atmosphere, dedicated staff.

I was trusted to work independently to coordinate the Anesthesia charge sheet paper work in order for the off site billing company to complete the billing process. Over 17 years the position grew from 10 hours a week to nearly 40, due to an increase in requirements per Compliance, HIPAA, Coding and Insurance needs. By self motivation I acquired the knowledge to make the process more compliant and efficient. I was a liaison between the Anesthesia providers and the billing company to implement changing requirements, of which would take some persistence. Wonderful co-workers and great flexibility with my hours.
