I REALLY ENJOY MY JOB AS A NURSING CAREPARTNER AT SENTARA LEIGH HOSPITAL..I LOVE TAKING CARE OF MY PATIENTS AND THERE NEEDS.I HAVE LEARNED A LOT FROM EACH CO-WORKER THAT I HAVE MET IN MY DAY TO DAY WORK AT SENTAR .MY SUPERVISORS ARE VERY FARE WITH THERE ENPLOYEES. MY CO-WORKERS HAVE BEEN VERY HELPFUL IN WORKING TOGETHER. THE HARDEST PART OF MY JOB IS THAT THERE IS NOT ENOUGH TIME IN A WORK DAY..TO GIVE ALL THE CARE THAT EACH PATIENT NEEDS.THE MOST ENJOYABLE TIME IN MY JOB AT SENTARA LEIGH IS LOVING WHAT I DO AND HAVING THE COMPATION AND RESPECT FOR EACH PATIENT AS A WHOLE.

Hands on training and hard work

Check in with the previous nurses, and get informed on each patient, and any special incidents. Check patients vital signs, open wounds, document information into the chart.Learned good information concerning job, hard work, and dedication.Co works very helpful and encouragingHardest part was the 12 hr shiftEnjoyable was working with patients with a life changing surgery
